We kick off the evening in a relaxed atmosphere with snacks, fresh lemonade, and networking. It’s the perfect moment to get into the OMV Petrom vibe, start conversations, and meet both company specialists and fellow students.
18:00 – 19.00 | Inside OMV Petrom: Discover our activities. Meet our people. Explore our culture
An interactive session where you will explore OMV Petrom’s activities and projects and gain a better understanding of how we contribute to transforming the energy industry. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with leaders from our organization, who will share insights into our work environment, culture, and teams, as well as the career opportunities and programs through which you can build your professional journey with us.
19:00 – 21:30 | Workshop Time
- From Data to Decisions. Analytics & Reporting That Scale: Participants will learn how Finance supports decision making, investments, and business performance in an energy company, in a dynamic, future oriented context.
- Smart Energy Through Technology: AI, SAP, and Digital Twins: Designed for IT enthusiasts, this workshop shows how OMV Petrom uses technologies such as SAP AI and Digital Twins to turn complex data into actionable insights that support decision‑making in large‑scale projects.
- Powering the Future: An Introduction to E‑Mobility: Discover what electric mobility looks like and the role OMV Petrom plays in the energy transition.
- The Emotion Navigator: A self‑awareness and soft skills workshop focused on emotions, communication, and their impact on professional life.
Explore Life @ OMV Petrom / Step Inside our workplaces: All participants are invited to explore our modern and collaborative spaces and discover where ideas come to life.
Discover OMV Petrom Foundation: Throughout the evening, you’ll have the chance to learn more about the OMV Petrom Foundation’s projects and our care for disadvantaged communities. The OMV Petrom Foundation contributes to building a sustainable and equitable society for all of us through projects that drive real progress in education, biodiversity, and health.
21:30 – 22:00 | Networking & Good Vibes
The evening will wrap up with authentic conversations, surprise moments, and the opportunity to carry forward the ideas and energy of this event.
