DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the bank’s technology transformation.

What started with less than 200 people has developed into one of Deutsche Bank’s most diverse and vibrant locations, housing close to 2,000 professionals. Bucharest Technology Centre has reached an impressive level of maturity, developing applications for important business lines such as Private Bank, Corporate Bank, Investment Bank, Risk, Compliance & Anti-financial Crime, Treasury, Non-Financial Risk, Credit Risk, as well as Global Procurement.

We are the proud partner of the “Master’s in Financial Computing” programme run together with Politehnica University. The programme is designed and delivered by the Centre’s employees in collaboration with teachers from the Computer Science Department. Building careers from the start, we increase our junior intake every year through the Global Technology Graduate Programme available since 2021.

We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing and technical skill development. This engaging and tailored learning experience is accessible at every career stage.
