The event starts with a brief presentation about TotalEnergies Global Services Bucharest and what it means to be part of an international shared service center.
16:15 – 17:30 – Office & Departments Tour
A guided tour through the TGSB offices, with stops in the P2P, O2C, R2R, and Cash Management departments. You will discover how global financial processes work and how the local teams contribute to operations in over 50 countries.
17:30 – 18:00 – Gaming Room & Chill
Relax and socialize in the gaming area—an informal moment for questions, networking, and fun with TGSB colleagues.

Requirements:

Responsibilities / Accomplishments
- Handle bills and invoices in our system, whether they have a purchase order (PO) or not.
- Create and update vendor information in our system.
- Regularly check and match vendor records and help resolve any billing issues with the finance team.
- Process employee expense claims and advances by checking and verifying them against supporting documents.
- Enter financial data into the system, ensure data accuracy, match accounts, and make any necessary adjustments to fix discrepancies.
