Aprophysio is a physiotherapy and psychopedagogy center located in the heart of Cluj, founded in 2016 by Rozália Apró, physiotherapist and psychopedagogue. Rozi has built a team of physiotherapists and psychopedagogues who work together, share the same values, and have a common approach to the role of physiotherapy in the development, rehabilitation, and prevention of conditions affecting patients of all ages – from newborns to seniors.

What this means for you as a future colleague:

• You work with a wide variety of cases from the very beginning. We work with newborns and babies, children and teenagers, adults and seniors – from early neuromotor development and spinal conditions to rehabilitation following injuries and surgery.
• You learn to think based on assessment. At Aprophysio, no programme begins without an assessment. You learn how to turn what you observe – posture, tests, movement – into a treatment plan and how to adjust it along the way.
• You work in an interdisciplinary team. We discuss complex cases as a team, bringing together the perspectives of physiotherapists and psychopedagogues.
• You receive training in specialized methods. Our team uses General Movements (Prechtl), MAES, Schroth, SEAS, McKenzie, and sensory integration methods. Each therapist is certified in the methods they practice.

Your professional journey at Aprophysio

1. Onboarding – you don’t start alone

During your first few weeks, you work alongside an experienced therapist: you observe assessments and therapy sessions, learn how to document a case, and understand how we communicate with patients and their families.

2. Supervised practice – your own cases, with support

You gradually take on your own cases. You discuss treatment plans with a senior therapist or your mentor, while complex cases are discussed together as a team.

3. Specialization – you choose your direction

You can train in the methods we use. Together with the team, you choose the direction that best matches your interests and the needs of our patients.

4. Growth – from Senior to Mentor

Your career progression is based on clear criteria that you know from the start. Your evaluation combines feedback from your coordinator and patients, your own self-assessment, and objective performance indicators. Based on this evaluation, you can progress to Senior level and then to Mentor level – when you’ll be the one guiding new colleagues.
