Hey there!
We’re BMW TechWorks Romania, a technology company based in Cluj-Napoca and a joint venture between BMW and NTT DATA.
We started our journey in July 2024 and, in a short time, grew into a community of more than 800 colleagues, all working from Cluj-Napoca.
Our teams build software products, AI solutions, digital platforms, and data-driven services that support different areas of BMW Group, from Engineering and Production to Sales, Financial Services, and Infrastructure.
What makes us special? We don’t just write code. We solve real business challenges, work closely with international teams, and help shape the digital future of one of the world’s most iconic automotive groups.
