Noaptea Companiilor Cluj is for you!

Noaptea Companiilor Cluj, an event that has reached its 5th edition this year, took place on 22–23 October 2025, from 4 p.m. until midnight. Direct, informal interaction was once again a central element of the event.
Participants visited top companies from various fields: from construction to IT, from physiotherapy to automotive, from medicine to promotional materials production, as well as companies with highly specialised applications such as software for optimising airport operations. The diversity also refers to the size of the companies – from multinationals to small firms – and to the location of their headquarters, whether in the city centre or on the outskirts.
The companies prepared various activities for the participants: from workshops to specialised presentations, from construction site visits to games and competitions. Visitors also had the opportunity to have informal discussions with company employees and to leave their CVs for potential future employment.
