We’ve been providing accounting services to companies for over 18 years, and on October 21 and 22, we’re opening the doors of Elite to show you everything that doesn’t appear on a balance sheet.

A brief introduction to the company, its more than 18 years of experience, and how Elite has grown to serve a portfolio of over 500 companies. Participants will learn more about Elite’s current activities, the types of clients and industries the team works with, as well as the company’s development plans for the future.
Meet the Team | 10 min
The people and teams behind Elite
Participants will meet Elite’s Team Leaders and several colleagues at different stages of their careers. The discussion will explore how the teams are organized, how responsibilities are distributed, and how an accountant can grow professionally within the company.
A Day at Elite | 20 min
An inside look at the world of accounting
A practical overview of how a portfolio of companies is managed: from receiving and processing documents to checks, tax returns, reporting, and ongoing communication with clients.
The session will also cover situations that make the work more complex: deadlines, missing documents, legislative changes, specific tax requirements, communication with entrepreneurs, and managing the needs of multiple companies at the same time.
The Elite Challenge | 20 min
A practical exercise inspired by Elite’s day-to-day work
Participants will receive a case study involving a fictional company, along with information about its business activities. Throughout the exercise, different business and accounting scenarios will be introduced, and participants will need to decide what they would check, what additional information they would request, and how they would approach each situation. At the end, an Elite specialist will explain how these scenarios would be analyzed in practice and which factors should be considered before making a decision.
