As an Assistant Editor at MDPI, you will be connected to the scientific research in your areas of expertise by assisting worldwide academics in publishing their latest work in (our) peer-reviewed Open Access journals. And you will be responsible for coordinating the editorial process and meticulously processing manuscripts from submission until publication.
As a Production Assistant at MDPI, you’ll be pivotal in the final stages of the publishing process. Your main responsibility will be formatting and preparing scientific articles for publication according to company and industry standards. Accepted articles must be meticulously prepared in PDF, XML, and HTML formats.

Interactive Workshop: Inside Academic Publishing

Take part in an engaging and interactive workshop designed to provide insights into the world of academic publishing.
The workshop will include:
- A brief introduction to MDPI and its mission.
- An overview of the editorial publishing process and key business activities.
- A presentation of career opportunities and open roles within the company.
- An interactive quiz and other engagement activities, giving participants the opportunity to actively participate, test their knowledge, and interact with the MDPI team.
