PC knowledge required<\/li><li>Strong interpersonal skills:<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively manage customer problems<\/li><li>Must be an effective communicator<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Must have the ability to multi-task (within reason)<\/li><li>CCNP Voice \/ Collaboration certification or equivalent Cisco Unified Communications portfolio knowledge required<\/li><li>Good knowledge and working experience with Cisco CME, CUCM, CUC, IM&amp;P, Voice Gateways, CUBE, Expressway, Jabber (local and MRA)<\/li><li>Familiar with the use of Cisco RTMT, TranslatorX and other trace analysis tools<\/li><li>Familiar with network monitoring and management tools<\/li><li>Experience with Cisco UCCX and Cisco Finesse is considered a plus<\/li><li>Be able to provide escalation support when working with telco carriers<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Description Summary:<\/strong><br><br>Actively participate in \u201cbusiness as usual\u201d operational routines, project rollouts and ensure all activities are carried out in a timely manner according to industry best practices and \u201cin house\u201d processes in order to deliver high quality services to our customers.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Provide excellent customer interface and customer satisfaction skills<\/li><li>Plan, execute &amp;
