NOC CISCO Voice Engineer
Qualifications:
- Good networking & PC knowledge required
- Strong interpersonal skills:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage customer problems
- Must be an effective communicator
- Must have the ability to multi-task (within reason)
- CCNP Voice / Collaboration certification or equivalent Cisco Unified Communications portfolio knowledge required
- Good knowledge and working experience with Cisco CME, CUCM, CUC, IM&P, Voice Gateways, CUBE, Expressway, Jabber (local and MRA)
- Familiar with the use of Cisco RTMT, TranslatorX and other trace analysis tools
- Familiar with network monitoring and management tools
- Experience with Cisco UCCX and Cisco Finesse is considered a plus
- Be able to provide escalation support when working with telco carriers
Job Description Summary:
Actively participate in “business as usual” operational routines, project rollouts and ensure all activities are carried out in a timely manner according to industry best practices and “in house” processes in order to deliver high quality services to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer interface and customer satisfaction skills
- Plan, execute & document project activities and “business as usual” tasks through to resolution
- Manage and communicate change scope and schedules
- Resolve and document service request activities using ITSM ticketing systems
- Ability to work shifts and hours based on the requirements of the Network Operations Center
- Provide 1st and 2nd level Cisco VOIP support to isolate and resolve voice network issues
- Assist with project rollouts as assigned by the customer and/or line manager

NOC CISCO Data Engineer
- Strong interpersonal skills:

- Familiar with the ITIL Framework (certification is considered a plus)
- Working knowledge of ITSM ticketing systems / platforms
- Knowledge of networking concepts that pertain to LAN,WAN,SD-WAN, campus and datacenter environments
- Cisco CCNA (or higher) certification or proven equivalent knowledge is preferred
- CCNP, CCIE certifications are considered a plus
- Understanding of and ability to work on network devices such as multilayer switches, routers, load balancers, firewalls, access points from “enterprise grade” vendors such as Cisco, Arista, HP, Palo Alto, Viptela or open-source alternatives
- Comfortable with working in small, medium and large or distributed computer networks
- Familiar with network monitoring and management tools is considered a plus (HP OpenView, Solarwinds, PRTG, IR Prognosis etc.)
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux operating systems and any orchestration tools is considered a plus
