For more than 10 years we have been revolutionising the Romanian IT Recruitment market with a technical approach. This involves recruiters with technical knowledge and passion for the industry. It means respect for candidates’ time by presenting the key elements of each opportunity. And last but not least, carefully chosen roles, always taking into account the needs and motivations of tech professionals: from product, to tech stack, salary offer and benefits. During the event we invite you to a Workshop/Debate on How can we improve the recruitment and selection process in IT? What experiences candidates have shared with us and how we, HR people can implement them in the work sphere so that we gain more new colleagues (hires). Candidates can also ask us specific questions about how to handle certain situations they encounter in the selection process (interviews, practical tests, etc.). 

Our main goal is to always deliver a grade 10* experience to technical people, and candidates’ appreciation of our willingness to perform to their standards is always met with valuable feedback that helps us further refine our recruitment process.
