Over +220 software engineers are part of our team (and we’re constantly expanding), and although we have offices in Cluj, Bucharest, Iasi, Sibiu, and Switzerland, mindit.io people can work from anywhere in the world.

Noi zicem că e tare fain la noi și mare păcat ar fi să pierzi o noapte întreagă și să nu dai pe-aici.
Avem tot ce vrei și ce nu vrei, numa’ că la noi e mai cu moț, pentru că tot ce facem se bazează pe oameni și acest lucru îl vei observa încă de la primele servus și szia pe care o să le auzi!
mindit.io Cluj dezvoltă software și asta e our bread&butter. E genul ăla de loc căruia străinii îi spun #drimgiob pentru că ai ocazia să înveți de la peste 220 de specialișți în IT, într-un mediu extrem de prietenos unde fiecare e gata să-ți sară în ajutor, chiar dacă întrebi doar de unde poți găsi zahărul pentru cafea.
O să jucăm boardgames, o să avem niște challenge-uri (provocări, mai pe românește) foarte faine și o să ai ocazia să vezi cum arată o cultură organizațională axată în primul și în primul rând pe tine, omule.
Hai treci pe la noi la Noaptea Companiilor și după s-ar putea să ne salutăm ca între colegi, nu doar ca între simple cunoștințe. Căutăm mereu oameni talentați și de ce n-ar fi loc și de tine la noi în echipa?
