In Cluj, we have two teams.
One team is helping automotive engineers develop vehicle software faster, safer, and better.
Our approach: to conquer the complexity of software-intensive vehicle systems, the development process should be virtualized by shifting software development steps from prototype vehicles, test rigs and HiL (hardware in the loop) to the computer of the function developer or to the cloud.
Virtualization enables a tremendous increase in test coverage. This increases the safety of the development process and reduces the risk of critical error being undetected during development. Moreover, errors are detected earlier in the process, helping the software-development team stay agile and reduce the troubleshooting costs.

The second team is developing the world’s broadest portfolio of silicon IP—predesigned blocks of logic, memory, interfaces, analog, security, and embedded processors. All to help customers integrate more capabilities, meet unique performance, power, and size requirements of their target applications, and get differentiated products to market quickly with reduced risk.
They develop new interface standards for customers, covering a wide range of products: Die-to-Die, PCI Express, USB, DDR, Ethernet and MIPI. This team is growing at fast speed and looking for ambitious and driven digital design engineers, and digital verification engineers.
