OTB CREATIVE SRL, as the organiser (“Organiser”) of the event Noaptea Companiilor Timișoara (“the Event”), hereby informs you of the following Event Regulations:

  • The Event will begin at 16:00 and will take place until 24:00.
  • The Organiser does not guarantee employment with any of the participating companies (“the Companies”).
  • The use of photo cameras, as well as video or audio recording devices inside the premises of the participating Companies, is not permitted.
  • The protection of your personal data is important to us. Therefore, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we inform you about the nature of the personal data, the purpose, and the legal basis for processing the personal data that we collect, use, and process during the Event.
  • Participants understand that the processing of personal data under the conditions and for the purposes stated in this Regulation is essential for the organisation of the Event. By participating, individuals declare that they agree with the provisions of this Regulation, which they have read and fully understood.
  • Participants agree that the Organiser may publish photographs and/or video recordings containing their image and/or voice on the website https://www.noapteacompaniilor.ro/sibiu, as well as on the Event’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Participants acknowledge that certain personal data may be collected directly and exclusively by the participating Companies, which apply their own personal data processing policies. Participants are responsible for informing themselves about these policies, and the Organiser bears no responsibility in this regard.
  • The Organiser is not liable for any physical, medical, material, or other damage suffered as a result of participation in this Event.
  • Participants are asked to behave in a civilised manner throughout the Event.
  • Any violent or disrespectful behaviour towards other participants or towards representatives and staff of the participating Companies is strictly prohibited. Participation in the Event while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or any prohibited substances is also forbidden. The Organiser, directly or through representatives and/or staff of the participating Companies, reserves the right to deny further participation to any person found in such situations.
  • The rules set out in this Regulation apply to all persons attending the Event. By this publication, it is considered that each individual has been informed of and has accepted these rules.
